Ireland Women's Aid Federation operates a freephone 24 hour domestic violence
helpline. This service offers:

Advice,
support and crisis intervention for abused women.

Information
and guidance to all agencies relating to specific cases.
Women’s
Aid workers offer support and assistance in a way that will help an abused
women recover her self-esteem. They will also help
her to identify the available options and thus, encourage
her to make informed decisions and choices.
The Helpline is a 24 hour service staffed by experienced and trained
women 365 days a year.
